Jump Start Pay Program Purpose: To help a new driver get a jump start with your new job! We know that it takes a few weeks to get in the swing of things with a new company. Company Drivers - Up to $400.00! The company will add an additional $50.00 to your weekly check for the first 8 weeks. Owner Operators - Up to $800.00! The company will add an additional $100.00 to your weekly settlement for the first 8 weeks. * Jump Start Pay will start in the driver's first paycheck/settlement as long as the driver has been entered in the system and is hauling loads. * To receive the Jump Start Pay, the driver must be active (available for dispatch) during the week, except for normal home time. * Jump Start Pay will stop if the driver leaves the company before the 8 weeks is completed.
